These terms govern the use of AWNfoodfibre auditing services and digital tools for SFCR compliance. By accessing our platform, you agree to the conditions below.
AWNfoodfibre provides cold-chain validation, traceability documentation, and enterprise logistics audit services. Deliverables include audit reports, compliance gap analyses, and remediation roadmaps. We do not guarantee regulatory approval or exemption from SFCR enforcement actions.
You must provide accurate and complete records of your logistics operations, including temperature logs, supplier documentation, and traceability data. Failure to disclose material information may void audit findings and limit our liability.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to a claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, including lost profits, regulatory fines, or recall costs, even if advised of their possibility.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must return all confidential materials. AWNfoodfibre retains the right to terminate immediately if you breach these terms or provide falsified data.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address on file.
